Unsolicted Paid Submissions

Artists and bands who opt-in for the fast-track review submission service are kickstarting the review and invitation process. We guarantee review and response within two weeks.  We guarantee 100% refund with an offer and acceptance of an artist partnership invitation. Opting-in to a paid review does not guarantee that an invitation will be offered.

Intellectual Property: Original Music

By linking or embedding original music in the form of, including but not limited to, music videos or livestreamed performances of artist owned intellectual property originally uploaded on third party sites, you agree to allow iProdigy and its advisors, employees, and partners to review your music for development purposes, possible exploitation, and music industry opportunities. iProdigy cannot guarantee any artist member will be offered any contracts or major music industry opportunities. Artist Partners will be contacted by email or phone for rewards, development, promotion, and professional opportunities as they arise. Artist member agrees to assume all risk in the submission of assets and content for review, holding harmless and indemnifying iProdigy, its subsidiaries, advisors, and employees in any and all events.

Intellectual Property: Cover Songs

Artists do not upload audio or video directly to iProdigy, limiting allowable intellectual property (songs or recorded music/audio attached to livestreams and videos) to links and embeds to livestreams and music videos. Thus, iProdigy is not responsible for any licenses required by artists to obtain prior to linking or embedding such media assets containing cover songs composed and/or published by third parties. You are solely responsible to obtain any and all license clearances. iProdigy will not share any music or videos shared via link during the nomination review process. In the case of an invitation to participate as an artist partner to iProdigy, our team will work with each artist on a case-by-case basis to clear music as required. iProdigy assumes no legal responsibility for unlicensed or improperly registered cover songs that are submitted for evaluation. You further agree to hold iProdigy, its parent company and partners or assigns, harmless from any claims against you for improperly licensed cover songs.

Artist Partner Permissions

iProdigy will contact by IM, email, phone, or U.S. mail any artist partner for permissions and to seek the interest thereof for any opportunities made available to artist members by iProdigy, its advisors and partners that may enhance the musical career development of the artist member prior to exploitation or promotion. iProdigy will never enter into any agreement or third-party contract on behalf of the artist partner without express permission of the artist partner.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
